2- Guided Meditation with yours truly!
I highly recommend taking time once a day to meditate which helps us to ground & reconnect with our “Inner & Higher” self. I, personally, have difficulty quieting my mind or listening solely to my breathing. I find it easier for me to get to that meditative state by listening to a guided meditation. From my own experience I find this useful & thus highly recommend it to my clients. I thought it only appropriate to produce my own guided meditation that will be available for download as an mp3 file for your Ipod/mp3 player or can be sent to you as a CD. I’m currently working on producing this guided meditation & will inform everyone when completed.
